Ghanaian gospel musician Christiana Adwoa Twene popularly known as Obaapa Christy has detailed why her last son has dreadlocks.

According to the ‘W’asua Me’ hitmaker, she had always wanted a child who is very hairy with thick calf.

Obaapa Christy also added that God answered her prayer but giving her what she requested and that she believes her son’s hair is his glory.

“Prior to giving birth to my very first child, I always prayed to God for a child who will have a lot of hair and some heavy and nice calf.

His hair is his glory so I decided to braid it and it looks good on him”, she disclosed.

The award-winning musician is currently on a Europe Tour to promote her current song and propagate the word of God.

Obaapa Christy who has been in the music industry for 17 years with 11 albums has carved a niche for herself in the industry.

The gospel musician has also been ordained as a Reverend Minister at a church in the United States of America.
