Controversial Reggae musician and radio personality, Blakk Rasta, born Abubakar Ahmed, has revealed that ever since he quit Hitz FM, more than 20 radio stations have been clamoring for his services.

Blakk Rasta, who recently went off radio to lecture at the University of Central Missouri in the USA and other universities abroad, said his agreements with all 20 have been inconclusive in view of his terms.

“I have had a lot of radio stations approaching me; unfortunately, none has been able to meet my demands yet. I have not less than 20 radio stations meeting up with me to work with them but we are unable to come to a final conclusion”, he revealed.

He believes his suitors are scared a demoralized by his signing-on fee of GH¢100,000 coupled with his request for freedom to operate without restrictions.

The Barack ‘Obama hitmaker’ ended his relationship with the Hitz Fm for unsavory comments he made about Ghana’s legislators for which he was hauled before Parliament on contempt charges.

However, his attempts to return to broadcasting have been thwarted by what he believes are the inabilities of radio stations in Ghana to meet his asking price and other conditions of service.
