Bulldog, born Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson who is the manager of Ghana’s most controversial and self-acclaimed dancehall act Shatta Wale has dropped a subjective threat to quit managing the dancehall act should he dare file for nomination in Ghana’s most decorated musical awards scheme, thus the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA). He reveal this in an exclusive interview on the United Showbiz on UTV.

This comes after Shatta Wale and his fierce rival Stonebwoy threw the entire Fantasy Dome, the hall where the 2019 edition of the event was organized into total pandemonium. The chaos resulted in the latter pulling up a gun to restrain the former and his team from approaching him. This halted the event which was organized on the 18th of May, 2019 for several minutes before calm was later restored.

Organizers of the award scheme, in response to this Frasca,s barred both musicians from participating in the award scheme as a means of disciplinary actions.
However, the ban was finally lifted and both artists didn’t find it necessary to join the most hyped musical awards scheme in the country.

This was what forced Shatta Wale’s manager, Bulldog to pose the threat of parting ways with the musical giant should he ever join the awards scheme again. In his opinion, Shatta Wale is a huge brand and will do perfectly well without the stated awards scheme.
He disclosed that if Shatta Wale goes back to the awards scheme, then he will divert the money he will have invested in his music into farming.
